During my time as a full-time designer at City National Bank, I worked on initiatives to strengthen the digital banking experience for a high-net-worth client base. This redesign of the Transfers flow was carried out under strict regulatory and compliance standards, where trust, security, and precision were critical. While I am unable to share in-depth details of the process due to a strict NDA, I can share that the project was successful, key metrics improved, and the redesigned experience aligned with both client expectations and business goals.
